Hey, and welcome.
If you’re here, thinking about reaching out for support, that already shows strength. I get how scary and overwhelming that can feel—because I’ve been there too, and I’ve sat with many clients who’ve felt exactly the same.
Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or distant. I won’t just sit back and wait for you to carry the weight alone. I’m here with you, sleeves rolled up, ready to help you untangle those tangled feelings, make sense of messy relationships, and face whatever life throws at you.
You—whether you’re queer, poly, neurospicy, disabled, a spoonie, kinky, racialised, minoritised, or just your own brilliant self—are fully seen, celebrated, and deeply welcome here. I know how much systemic harm, discrimination, medical gatekeeping, and identity erasure can drag you down and make shame or fear feel normal. You don’t have to spell it all out—I already understand it’s part of your story. We all live inside systems that shape how we feel and who we can be.

I’ve trained in both the UK and USA and mix traditional, trauma-informed, and queer-affirmative approaches—including EMDR—so our work together is built around you and what you need. Therapy should fit you, not the other way around.
I’m here, ready to walk this path with you. Whenever you’re ready.
