Welcome — I’m Yann Phesans (MBACP, MSc), Psychotherapist
Therapy with me offers a quiet space in the noise — a place where your story can be spoken aloud, your complexity honoured, and the parts of you that have felt silenced or out of place are gently welcomed back in.
I work with individuals and intimate partners across a wide range of identities and experiences. Whether you are moving through grief, navigating relationship shifts, exploring gender or sexuality, living with anxiety, trauma, or a sense of disconnection — you are not too much here, and you are not alone.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity and care. I hold a steady, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, untangle what hurts, and move toward greater self-understanding and connection — on your terms, and at your pace.
Therapy is not about fixing who you are, but remembering the parts of you that have always known how to survive, how to feel, how to begin again.
If you are curious about what this work might offer, I welcome you — whether you are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, exploring kink or ethical non-monogamy, navigating racialised or minoritised experiences, or simply longing for a space to be fully seen.
